Because it's no longer possible to duel/stake GP, it sounds like the 1v1 90B activity could be considered 'games of chance'

It's not something I would participate in.

That aside, if you feel you were playing within the game's and the friends chat's rules, rest assured Jagex will review your report for scamming and take the necessary action here

As a side note, anyone - player or player moderator - may choose to remove someone from their friends chat for whatever reason. Players can set their own rules for those chats, but they still have to abide by the game rules and T&C Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

Player Mods cannot temporarily ban players from chats unless they hold a rank that permits it ;) . Also, are you sure they were a P Mod(?) they can be identified by having a 'silver' crown before their name in-game when chatting - Moderators and Community Helpers

If they were scamming and you've reported it in-game, then you did the right thing. Jagex will review the incident and take any necessary action if needed, however, you won't receive any feedback from your report. Since this event happened in-game, there really isn't a reason to post about it on the forums ;) .
