I can't comment for last years beach as I never bothered with it, but if this year is considered "rare", then wow... I've gained so many on my alt while doing the dungeoneering hole, that I thought they should've been at least 5x rarer!

I would say medium rarity. Last year was pretty common and Jagex did great job at lowering the rate. It's not official but it's very noticeable for us players.
I would also make them much rarer, beach is almost here for a month every year.
The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

Yea they aren't "rare" But they are rarer then last year. In the first week on my alt i got 83 total tokens. I filled the bar 3 times per day made more then half the happy hours and played alot on the weekend. Most of a single token was 11 least was 5. Last year I was getting like 10/hr or something like that. I need my blue charms back.

I also like to thank Jagex for not rereleasing Keggy pet which came from a keg companion pet token for the last 4 years which came from the novtumberfest event. I really like the pet Id like to ask for all tokens to be discontinued some day so we can enjoy unlocking them more. I would 100% quit if keggy is rereleased that's how much I like the pet. I need my blue charms back.
