I love this game for its attention to detail. It really adds to the immersion and humor in the world. From quirky names of land masses and town guards to lost grumbling goblins who can't find their way out of a maze, it's all terribly fun. Being a musician, I find it interesting that one of the sisters in the Abbey of St. Elspeth Citharede where you find the quest, "One Piercing Note," is named Cecilia. She is the choir director in the abbey. Is she, by any chance, a reference to St. Cecilia, patron saint of music? If so, those are just mind blowing levels of detail!
On a slight tangent, I think it would be incredible if "bard" were a skill in the game. You go around collecting songs and pieces of music, going into taverns and playing for the folks in there, progressing in your skill as a musician and poet, etc... Being a British game and all, this makes perfect sense, no?
Cheers to the game, the devs, and the whole team. I'm loving the game as a new player so far!
