i'll get right to it! I absolutely love the mining and smithing update, but what if we were to reintroduce the old methods and have it called "Ancient mining, and smithing." You'd be able to switch back and fourth between these methods kind of like the curses and regular prayer books. The "ancient" methods would give more xp per hour because of their click intensity. This is my idea, do you guys love it or hate it? yoyo

I also enjoy the Mining & Smithing rework. It was my favorite update of 2019.

I would not be in favor of reintroducing the old style of mining and smithing into the game.

If you miss those methods of training, there's always OSRS (as Threes mentioned). You can also train these skills the old way while dungeoneering.

Switching back and forth between the two in the main game would just summon the demon of Needless Complication. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

agreed! the new smithing and mining is awesome love how it all works

It's very good minus the fact that smithing interface is not beginner friendly.

The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

You actually can get more XP with the new system if you play it click-intensively.
It gives 100% XP when the yellow bar is at 100% and only 90% when it is below (1%-99%), so if you click between each hit, to keep it at 100%, you get 10% more XP.
