As a fairly new player I wanted to say, as a completionist, it was extremely appealing to me that I can still get all achievements and not forever be missing out on some. While some event cosmetics and rewards and even event achievements are things I'll never get they at least don't have points towards high scores. Knowing that joining this game years upon years later than some, but that I technically can still compete with anyone on Runescore for example is huge.
Hope that always continues into the future.
Having said all that, as an ironman I do still wish there was an alteration made (which seems to have been made to many other achievements) so that we could technically get every single one also. From my knowledge there are at least 2 that are unobtainable for ironmen.
