In my personal opinion, Zuk is the best boss in the game, almost. If it weren't for the 17 rounds before Zuk, I would regard him as one of the best bosses to date, his drop rates are fair, his mechanics are fair on normal mode and I really enjoy him as a boss other than the rounds before hand, that's the only thing that lowers it to a 9/10 for me.
