Hello last night I was trading on the grand exchange and when I sold my diamonds it glitched out and I didn't get the money!! I lost 6m! To this glitch! To some may not sound like a lot but it is to me! My complaint is that I searched online to contact jagex I couldn't find a way to contact them directly and the fact that they say they can't replace lost items???
You as the creators of the game are responsible for when your game glitches not only that I know for a certainty that you can see the logs of trades and how much money people have extra. So you could see that I was suddenly 6m ruffly down last night!
Lastly you say you can't replace items but you can! It's very simple add bonds to the amount of the lost items to the account in question very simple! Now please I am a die hard fan I love this game more than any other game and I probably will forever.
Although knowing something like this can happen that all my hard work can go to waste just like that cause you don't take responsibility for your game glitching makes me wanna just quit today!
Please update your customer service please help me!
Sorry to hear this happen James, Unfortunately you've posted in the 'Compliments" thread and not the "Rants" thread for this matter.
I would recommend perusing this matter either through the official discord online community or looking at similar threads using the search menu, and seeing what kind of solutions they had to this issue.
The common searches show threads that are being posted in the "Community Led Account Help" and "Rants" section of the forum.
This forum is for "compliments", not "complaints".
