idk if this is the right place for this.
Its no secret that rs3 is failing and dying. But i can help but feel like a big problem of what is killing it is that the ge, or just trading in general in that game doesnt work. the game has gotten to where everyone has billions upon billions of gp and will buy out the ge. its gotten to where im trying to train fletching but simply cant without bankrupting myself. take for example addy bolts unf that im trying to fletch for xp. ge price is like 150gp but the actual price it buys for is 800gp. when i try to sell it sells for 500gp. this is clearly the result of someone who owns that market. it is like that for pretty much anything on the ge. its depressing that every purchase i make isnt someone simply selling of their loot they made or earned. im buying someones over priced crap that they can afford to buy all of and set their own price. the ge buy limit simply doesnt prevent this either considering how theres like a grand total of 3 people that play this dead game. and 2 of those 3 players are billionaires that can sit at the ge and determine what i have to pay for basic items. anything i sell HAS to be heavily discounted so they can sell it off for 1000% mark up. IDK how this can be fixed nor does it matter to me i suppose because i simply wont be playing the thing anymore. really im just making this post to vent as i walk away

You don’t quite understand how the GE works..
You are instant buying your Addy bolts for 800gp ea. What you need to do is buy one Addy bolt for 800gp, then instant sell it for as cheap as you can, in your case 500gp. Doing this you will find the Addy bolts bottom (Instant sell price). What you then need to do is slow buy these bolts for let’s say 510gp each, they should slowly buy overnight for that price and that way you’re not paying top dollar for the bolts. I hope this helps..

Ps- The reason why the GE price is not accurate is because it needs a certain amount of bolts to be purchased and sold through the GE for the price (mid price) to be updated, that’s why some items have inaccurate (mid prices).
