golden warpriest?

ok so last raffles that came around i was lucky enough to grab a golden armadyl warpriest set
now I've recently bought a few extra weapons and need to get a perk on it... a perk that requires armadyl comps, now id normally just go kill the boss get a bit of profit and dismantle the war priest as I go...however this time I've done 3 hours-ish past few days and not gotten a single bit...
I'd normally get 2-4 per hour....so my question is....
does the golden set stop you from getting the normal set? do I have to shove it all to diango or is there another way...?

No, I own most warpriest golden and I still get warpriest drops in gwd3
