it's such a bad design, it's not something that can be active all the time like cooking, thieving, invention... you have to manually click it (or action bar link) to get it to function each time.

who designed something like this? is it 'worth' saving the extra 1 second to keep clicking the cape?

this is probably the worst ability -_-
