i like what berlin politicians did with affordable housing, putting a cap on the amount of rent landlords can charge. what if we made it against the rules to sell partyhats for more than 100M? partyhats would finally become affordable for everyone

capping a price is not a good idea

i dont own a phat,,, but every day i want one,, if they are so low valued that every one has one,,, then what the point of owning one in the first place

second i dont think its fair to the people who own them to all of a sudden put a cap price on them

dont worry they'll be down to affordable prices again soon. Don't trust any pc's listed, any advice or talks between posts on ID forums anymore , the Manips are let loose, especially the main one with 15+ accounts posting acting as different people.. do your own research

I "Loled" at your title. Affordable phats. Do you ask for affordable luxury megayachts IRL? Phats, by definition, are sought after because they are UN-affordable to most players. If you are willing to chuck your most precious possessions like phats because someone said words like crashing/dying/quitting and then find yourself unable to rebuy for what you sold for, then you don't deserve to own a phat.

If you want an affordable partyhat, there's something called golden partyhat. Check it out. If you are willing to chuck your most precious possessions like phats because someone said words like crashing/dying/quitting and then find yourself unable to rebuy for what you sold for, then you don't deserve to own a phat.
