Dear moderator, search the definition of a word

'SPECULATION'

and bring the old thread back. If you have a problem with people speculating item prices on item discussion section, might want to consider something else to do.

I repeat, the old threads first sentence was highlighted to draw attention that this is nothing but mer speculation drawn from evidence provided by ex Jmod. I wouldnt suggest you to start soloing around again like with the Orlando Smith Hat accusing people of price manipulation with zero evidence and just return the thread as is.

speculating can be considered manipulating if there is no proof to top the speculation.

as you said, evidence by a EX jmod. also your title on its own "hat prices related to osrs dupe" is an indirect way of manipulating on its own based on how mods have their rules to hide posts on the forums, these kinds of threads get locked alot due to either indirect manipulating or disrupting the forums which seems fair.

maybe consider changing it into a more open discussion instead of pointing out 1 way with your title, im sure if you do that then the moderators dont have to lock it. goodluck! trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

In the future, if you have problems with how a thread of yours is being moderated, please raise the issue in the Forum Moderation Review thread, instead of disagreeing and re-creating the thread.
