Is this item untradeable after you use it, or can you sell it? I'm thinking of getting one cause I might be doing a bunch of mining but wondering if I can sell it when I'm done.

It's always tradeable. I wield my corehammer while mining and it never becomes untradeable. You can keep it until you want to sell it.
