What do you personally consider as 'Wealthy' in regards to RS3

Rare items owned? Cash stack? Shard stack?

or

Skill levels and Exp? Possibly all your untradeable expensive items -

Maybe the ability to lose and gain your 'bank' easily

What do you think?

With that said, do you believe the average player is out of their league in terms of obtaining multiple Discontinued items?

apparently it costs around 1 trillion gp to get 5.6b total xp with bonds converted into keys so max xp is kinda meaningless

max shard stack will be outdated when the max cash update drops on june 12 when players can have essentially limitless gp then we could see the uber wealthy show up

connections ingame are in my view wealth, you can have alot of money but if you dont have connections by having friends to pvm with or do clues together or people to trade with or spar about items you got nothing. so having friends to share the gameplay with would be my wealth. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

^ Kinda' my thoughts. My definition of wealth isn't about the coins you've made but the friendships you've acquired getting there (hopefully) - as corny as that sounds.

Nowadays, most of us still around RS3 are in our late twenties, early thirties. The constant showboat mentality seems to appear lonely after a certain age, imo.

"Wealthy"

You must know your limits of satisfaction.

If I have my favorite rare, why I want again an extra rare?
Because we just wants "more".

The word "more" means for me : an endless process

So peronally,
Be wealthy in the brain.

I would feel myself wealthy with a Partyhat Set,
but there is still something in the background , that i'm still not 100% wealthy enough.

I could still think about a cracker later, whats also more satisfaction at the end.

When we see ever a black partyhat in the game ever with is a limited quantity of them.
This should give a boost of feeling wealthy.

If black partyhat should be 2b or 100b, it doesn't matter for me.
Be proud to have one of the limited quanity, which means wealth of happiness.

I want to say at this point,

Be rich in your head, with satisfaction of your goals that you've reached.
It could be never enough, there's always room to have more with updates in the future.

Thanks,
Godekloot

You guys have some pretty awesome answers. I agree with most of you. Friendships and connections go a long way during a Runescape career. If you're content and happy with what you have, who's to say you're not wealthy? Play as you like. Enjoy the atmosphere. :)
