What happened to Black Masks ?

Recently I began to kill Cave Horrors to try to get some Black Masks and make a profit while training magic in combat, but when I began listing the masks for sell, it just doesn't sell at all...

Sold one of each mask for 1 gp to see true price for them and got really confused.
GE price rn for Masks (10) is around 1.3M but selling for about 200k ??????
Masks with no charges have the same treatment as GE price it for around 600k~700k but selling for 100k or less.

Does those masks really got that low on price and have such a low demand that the GE price is really that off or is something happening and I missed?

They could just be one of those items that the ge price doesn't actually change because there isn't any demand for them. Don't trust any pc's listed, any advice or talks between posts on ID forums anymore , the Manips are let loose, especially the main one with 15+ accounts posting acting as different people.. do your own research

That's what I thought... even so, 1.3M to 200k is such a drop in price that even with low demand seems just off. First time I see such a downhill in price with no buys on my selling for half GE price for many days. I can understand some price drops with low demand but here and there, it will always have someone that wants that item and doesn't care about the price and just GE price buy it, but how low is the other offers for half price not cutting it or how low is the demand for such an item??

Unless something is used to create something else, or unless many new players join, or unless no one kills the monster that drops it; the item will approach alch price.

Just my assumption.

High alch 1,800 coins I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity. :(

somewhat off topic but I been trying to get a drop at the cave in Mos Le... and wiki states, Drop rate of 1/ 512 But I think i killed now over 1500- 1700 and no mask- how many did you kill on average to get a mask- need it for slayer log

Um, it’ll drop eventually. I barely log in anymore, but they used to drop the masks. I probably haven’t gotten one since log came out though. I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity. :(

This is just bad rng.

Just because it says its 1/512 doesnt mean you'll get it within 512 kills.

It means that every kill you have a chance at rolling on that drop.

So lets say you have a task of 200, that means all 200 kills have a chance at it.
