Can you re-colour the Elite Robin Hood Hat once you've used the Golden Thread on it?

Unfortunately, this isn't currently possible. The only one you can recolour is the standard hat. JaGex noted this at the time (with Mod Daze stating that they might look into it), but as far as I'm aware, there has been no further progress yet.
