inb4l Don't trust any pc's listed, any advice or talks between posts on ID forums anymore , the Manips are let loose, especially the main one with 15+ accounts posting acting as different people.. do your own research

I'm sure there are people holding hundreds. Thousands would be tougher to accumulate, but might be possible with alts.

If I had to guess, there's probably a few thousand sitting in the GE at any given time.

You could then be a target to scamemrs or hackers.

One thing I think is interesting about golden phats they make another "currency" to use when trading for rares above max shard stack. It also makes it easier to hold more wealth.

I mean, the same could be said of displaying ownership of an OG partyhat, but plenty of people do that.

Anyway don't have much to add, my collection is nothing special, I have 38 hats. I buy a few more every once in a while since they're currently so cheap, hard to resist.

i wonder how many you would need to have atleast 5% of the total market of gold phats, right now they are super cheap so buying them shouldnt be a big investment compared to the already existing phats/rares. if people keep buying them then supply will dry out and push up the price eventually.

ive 1 keepsaked for fashionscape. maybe ill sell it when the price goes up or trade it for other rares.

i think citibank said she had over a hundred but i havent seen her on the forums for a while. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.
