is this item degradable because i want to buy it but i wouldn't want it degrading into dust or something along those lines plus i seriously wouldn't care if you can't sell it back once worn because the item sounds epic i just wouldn't want to waste 800m-900m out of nowhere

The item does not degrade or vanish into dust. You will have it forever, however, once it becomes equipped, charged, or attuned, it will become permanently untradeable.
