Returning player, apparently they added patches. My question is, can you use an augment dissolver on the helm body or legs and remove the augmentation and perks. Then use the appropriate amount of patches to make it tradeable again?

Or

Is it just for the un-augmented elite sirenic armor that can be worn, repaired and traded again?

I'm very confused on this subject so any help would be great.

I've never done it but my understanding is using the augmentation dissolver will break the armor completely and remove the gizmo/perks. Then, you can use the patches on the broken, unaugmented armor to repair it to 100%. After it is repaired you use another repair patch to "overcharge" it and then it is tradeable.
