Im curious as to why people think this is happening?

Fish in general has been on a downward trend ever since gwd3 came out, which is slightly odd given its combat based so you would think people would need food.

Sharks have halved in price since july.

More recently sailfish dropped nearly 20% in less than a month.

Only thing i can come up with is Croesus dropping rocktails (not very many imo)

And Fishing for partyhat shard/wrapping paper, but thats only like 3hrs per high fishing account, alts would use lower level fish.

Anyone have better idea as to whats up?

A bored person was buying them up. Maybe he stopped. Sometimes he’d buy all in the ge until he could no buy at 1m gp. That was a while ago. He was buying mostly raw trout… I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity. :(

They were inflated massively due to herblore powerburst training. People have mostly gotten their 120s, now they are dropping plus other burstburst ingredients dropped making alternative options.

PvMers barely need to eat nowadays and when we do its mostly brews/jellyfish. You'll get it when you deserve it.
