If you feel that this is the case, you should send details of what happened to . Repeat what you have said here, detailing the player's display name, as well as any other additional information that you have. You would not that it's a no-reply email, but nevertheless, it's a good way of reporting incidents such as this if you missed the in-game report window.
I would encourage you to visually check and confirm all trade windows before you accept. If it doesn't look right, avoid accepting the trade!

Sorry for your loss. It's not nice losing something you treasure.
Sadly nothing can be done about it within the forums.
I suggest you follow the advice Trewavas has posted as it may help others not fall for it.
Also sadly items can't be returned. Not the news you want to see it's just how it is.
