for me rich means having the things you desire, like for example player 1 wants a phat set, but he has alot of friends and gear and weapons to play the game.

dont consider being rich is all about money, the friends i made in the game made me rich in both money and friendships.

now the more forward approach, rich is when you are able to play the game fully so atleast full tier90-92 stuff food and potions for a long time.
^ this is what i think rich means because rich is subjective to each personal preference.
trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

Max gear, all the pots/food you need, materials for all skills you want to train, plus some for future content and discontinued items.

I've always said being able to afford every item in the game is rich to to me. Rank #56 Overall. 8000/1****? Hard caskets stacked. 7000/8****? Elite caskets stacked.

Would you trust a Price-checking service that has bots running in W2 advertising themselves constantly? I wouldn't!

nowadays showing who is actually legitimately "Rich" is showing around 53b in your wealth eval calculator, basically a max stack of spirit shards.

because wealth nowadays is only actually calculated by gp, spirit shards, and other items that are under max cash because of the mass manipulation rares ect.. don't even count towards wealth because it's invisible.

Yeah, probably the most accurate answer.
The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

Based on the current valuations of rares, I'd say owning a partyhat makes someone wealthy. Owning several, or around a partyhat set would make someone fall within the extremely wealthy group.

That is a good question. It is rather an opinion. There is a large amount of players who have 1b because of inflation. There is even a lot of people who have 3-5b. In my opinion rich is someone who has a partyhat or more.
