unfortunately without evidence of an actual crime they cant do anything.

the only thing you can do is use the ingame report system to report them for scamming. when you do that they get flagged for potential scamming and jagex will take a look at it if enough ppl use that report function.

i really recommend reporting and not spamming back since that could be considered flame baiting the other player, which wont help your case.

There is also a tipoff line for these things.

idk the exact email but the forum mods should be able to help with that.

adding detail to your report could help too, for example other players that have been scammed while you were nearby or the items that the scammer uses or the time and place of a scam trade that got accepted by accident. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

I've locked this as you provided a Screen Shot that could be seen as Naming and Shaming.

Seeing as several people accused each other including You accusing others of scamming the thread was locked.

Nothing at all can be done about this via the Forums.

If you have Proof and it must be rock solid proof and not just a screen shot then you can send an E-Mail to Jagex via their [email protected] mail.

You could report in game under Macroing though as they are using Auto Typres. I know It's bad on W2 right now and it is out of hand with all sorts of people accusing others of scamming and doing the k instead of the m gp trick. Can't really be reported for scamming as No scam took place. If a scam took place then it can be reported for scamming but I would suggest you do not trade them as you know the result will be a scam.
