Not able to trade Embalmer?

Does the embalmer still sell spices and stock in Sophanem? I have completed the quest Icthlarin's Little Helper. Everything I find online says I should be able to buy curry leaf from the embalmer in Sophanem. Whenever I try to "trade" he says he has nothing to trade. Can someone else confirm?

Hi I just went there to check and I am able to buy curry leaves and three other items. Not sure if it has to do with any other quests.

Edit: Actually no stock for them, but I can open the shop. Rank #56 Overall. 8000/1****? Hard caskets stacked. 7000/8****? Elite caskets stacked.

Would you trust a Price-checking service that has bots running in W2 advertising themselves constantly? I wouldn't!
