Hi I just got back into the game and noticed Mist Runes have risen in price quiet a lot but have started to dip again.

I can remember them being a very solid investment back in the day, Mist Rising was just the norm.

Do people think they'll make a come back and we'll see Mists Rising again?

Well if you look at graph since 2009 trend is up, but it has its highs and lows. I just insta buy one for 2053gp and insta sold 2011gp (so they are still up by alot).
To be honest i have no idea why people would buy those, and what they are used for.
So for that matter i dont see mist rising much higher than they already are. If i think about it... in 15 years+ i play this game i have never even used a mist rune before. Maybe someone can clarify what they are used for? Imagination is more important than knowledge.

I mean they are extremely valuable runes with their unique shape and look, plus with the utility to cast multiple spells and low amount of them obviously makes them a strong contender with the mage meta to go up extremely high. The real question is will this bring up a necessity for a dedicated thread to mist runes and the 'rise' of them. Mass contributor to deaths coffers.
