can you have more then 1 signet of the same on the bank ?
like you already have primus, but you do him again. can you then get another primus signet ?

Yes. When I do my ascension grinds, I tend to do 500-1k of each individual legio and see how many signets I have from each boss at the end of the grind, then finish up remaining bows and missing signets afterwards
