Whoever thought to leave buy limit of vital sparks in 1000 per 4 hours, there is something really important you should know;

You are a BLOODY IDIOT.
We need at least 2000 to make a sigil, so the LEAST we expect is a buy limit of 2000.

BUYING vital sparks is the least of my concerns as for me, they are next to impossible to gather. I bought a pile of vital spark enhancers and now I get ZERO sparks. To be completely honest I got more sparks without the enhancers so I feel like I got scammed out of my tokens and kicked in the teeth for buying those enhancers. What good are they? How much wood would a Chesstur chuck if a Chesstur could chuck wood? Don't worry. Be Happy.

idk if it helps y'all... cause wiki aint terribly forthcoming about this, but what you wanna do is wait for slayer task on soul devourer and do magister with yer keys, and always bring 10 spark enhancers that will mean you get 30 sparks instead of 10. I am pretty sure of this. Don't bother bringing 100 enhancers... it'll just use 10 of em at a time at magister. should take you 3 tasks per sword.

also the 1k limit... thats cause they want you to think hard hard hard before you make unsullied. the purple one that means thresh now: that one is bomb af. do that one. do not bother with unsullied. it shoulda been really neat, like you could spam it on the gorillas or something, but its cooldown sucks, so idek why they released it that way.

The absolute WORSE buy-limit in the world is Chronotes... I mean, 20k every 4h and you need, what, like a million for the last stuff? Insane.
