In osrs the method of creating this formerly rare item was leaked, making it worthless. Now in osrs it's possible other burnt items can be similarly reduced in value to collectors if the methods used to intentionally create these burnt items are leaked.

However in rs3 I want to know if the method players can use in osrs for osrs burnt oomlie wraps works in rs3 since according to rs3 runescape wiki it's unobtainable.

Can players do the steps in: https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Burnt_oomlie_wrap in rs3 and thus start making burnt oomlie wraps in rs3 far more common?

Or does it not work? Or are there other methods that can function as an equivalent of the stat draining of the snowy area of the gwd entrance? I know if you're on a quest that needs a burnt food you can intentionally burn it while on the quest to get burnt food so there'd be a big supply of regular burnt food. Idk any quests that need burnt oomlie wraps.

Believe it or not I don't collect burnt items or have any interest in them and don't care about their prices for collection purposes. This thread is for making it clear if burnt oomlie wrap is actually obtainable and the runescape wiki has inaccurate info.

Anyone know?

I mean of course wiki wont always have accurate info as it is a 3rd party site and maintained by the community, thus im sure this might be another case of it.

Plus you could always just try this once yourself and see if you can.

Dont see why you're forcing this on others?
