Golden PartyHats are discontinued while Green Santa Hats are reportedly not. For pretty much since the entirety of after both events concluded, how is it that the price for the GSH is 2x that of a GPH? How does this happen for so long to almost exactly follow the same pattern :P ??

Simple.
GPH is discontinued but there would be around 100K of them in game.
GSH not discontinued, no clarity was given to when it may return, it possibly never will, no one knows. But the reason why it’s priced double that of a GPH is because there would be approximately 15K of them in game.

Gsh was rare as anything, people used several k keys no luck, gsh is dependent on re release if not re released it'll be hugely rarer than gph, gph was free for several hours work per account infarct gph is Easier to get then most untradable cosmetic holiday items

Either green santa comes back this christmas or it simply doesn't it all depends on how jagex will do any th or holiday events starting december 6. This year could repeat last year's santa's grotto only, or have both santa's grotto and wrapping paper event or neither who knows. As for gold partyhat it's been confirmed discontinued so it depends what % of the total stock will be bought out if such a thing happens at all.
