normal item price increase

So, I have noticed the increase in normal items such as the list followed below

ashes 6-8k ea(g.e says 879gp

normal logs are worth more than most logs,including magic logs now

iron ore is worth a little over 1k while mithril is worth atleast less than half that value

just curious what is going on?

ashes are used in necromancy and that's the hot thing to train right now

maxed players don't cut normal trees for normal logs or mine iron for iron ore hence the supply is quite small

Ah and what about fishing, I noticed the fishing game isnt one of the best money makers no more, im making faster money collecting normal logs and iron ore and ashes honestly and faster. i also noticed skins for cosmetics is going up because now people really enjoy cosmetics so i suspect thats why skins are pricey now
