Mainly referring to Gsh/Gph. I personally am down a couple billion gp but I haven't sold so I'm not really too worried about it. The more people panic sell the more money you lose. If your items you have crash in value, for no reason other than tons of people are selling, why would you sell too?

Gsh very likely won't go back as high as 3b but I have no doubts it will be above 1.4 again in the near future. Gph is a wildcard but over time I'm sure it's a safeplay.

This applies to any items however, if Jagex didn't add a reason for the item to crash, not sure why people would harm their own banks by panic selling lmao.

It's not panic selling. This is typical and is stocks & Economics 101. Everyone who got extras during the event waited for the opportunity to sell when they thought was going to be the EARLIEST and BEST time which was the day NO more gift wraps could be obtained and NO more Santa's Grotto. GSH is slowly but surely climbing up again. The supply is really extremely low - imagine HSR dropping within only a 2-3 weeks timeframe. If HSR's price can increase after what 5 years? Then GSH can SURELY be at least 2.147B+ too lmao. There's probably 100k+ HSR in the game after seeing a few dropped everyday in a world. I didn't get a GSH after 400k wraps, I had to buy mine. GSH is truly mythically rare nonetheless.

No BS, let the supply speak for itself when the price goes up due to the demand. Also keep in mind, as people sell their extra GSH from the event and they are distributed amongst the public, alot of people are keepsaking it to be NFS. You also have to look at the big picture which is the total supply in circulation and not whether it is recurringly introduced. If it returns X times but the supply is still way less than 7500 BSH over say 20 years, then it is literally discontinued.

There's thousands of them in the game, I wouldn't call them ''extremely low'' or ''mythically rare'' just because you were not lucky. I wasn't lucky myself because I obtained only 1 but my friend obtained 9 of them while using much less time and keys than me, it happens.
GSH is in demand like any other Santa and that is why we saw relatively high prices for such an item.

Sadly these sort of threads can cause panic selling/buying and because of that it's been locked.

These threads are best not made within the Forums as they could be seen as Manipulating.

If people have items they want to sell then they sell. It's their choice. If people want to hold it's also their choice. A thread of this nature just causes further issues.

Remember everyone do your research.
