Given the new wilderness opt-out update, I have a question.

I have opted out of the wildnerness PVP. If I die in the in the wilderness with my Pernix's Quiver, will it still disappear?

Dying in the wilderness while opted out is the same as dying normally. You won't lose it.

your own game can confirm this,

When your in the wildy check your *lose on death* option, its under your worn equipment it shows you items returned and items lost in the place you are.

important is that if your skulled for any reason you lose everything doesnt matter where you are. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.
