The api that scans for new items updated wiki when it was added to game whether it was obtainable at the point or not (nov 2019) no one has manually added to/updated to wiki since then, that's all. it is definitely obtainable and not unique.
just by looking at the price history graph and it's changed-state from the base price is proof enough.
this item is not normally obtainable trough ingame means he got it from jagex when he sended a missing item report and jagex gave the wrong one and the ge price can update without there ever having been a trade which has been confirmed
im also super confident that u dont have the only ones nor it being super rare and even it was it doesnt rlly change value that much i personally have bugged items which are also dumb rare maybe even rarer then crackers but yeah even tho i will probably never even get like 100m for it lol. and jagex has a big history of attempting to make rare non ge items worthless or attempt to remove them (making ships biscuits untradeable, removing spider eggs unchecked, m&s flyer is lost on read, burnt lobster is vanished on drop, same thing with ogleroot and there are a couple more i also lost my precious cwars bandages
also u mentioned urself in another discord someone else also had these dinos so the probability of someone else also having is pretty high
