Make a new ge where items are bought with spirit shards.

You can put any and all items in the Spirit Shard GE but there is a minimum spend of 100m Spirit Shards.

Placing an item in spirjt shard ge costs a tradable bond.
Placing a bid in spirit shard ge costs a tradable bond.

If either of these offers are cancelled a untradable bond is returned. If the offers are accepted and completed neither bond is returned.
