I have no concrete evidence but I truly believe there are more golden phats than there are active members.

I really think its grossly exagerrated by many people how many are actually in game.

RS3 barely has active people and then theres having to actually go get it.

It may be 50-70k based on 1x the player base but if the majority keepsakes at least 1 and make it NFS...effectively removes it out of the game. So if 25-70k (say 47.5k for average) players keepsake gphat only 22.5k average are not keepsaked...

So there will be 22.5k in active circulation provided that they are not further reduced by being hoarded and that hoarder temporarily/permanently quits..all in all there definitely won't be enouugh gphats given the large amount of buying power of the merchers. If it is further reduced to 8-10k we should be seeing gphats rise to the prices of hollys or black santa.
