i happened to accidentally use an item dissolver on my nox staff instead of the augment dissolver by mistake

unfortunately you didnt lose the item but you destroyed it. sorry to hear this but it always warns you when you destroy a high value item/ dissolve an item so it did warn you. regardless you proceeded to dissolve it. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

Try to submit a lost item ticket. I doubt it though, the message literally warns you before doing it. Rank #56 Overall. 8000/1****? Hard caskets stacked. 7000/8****? Elite caskets stacked.
