Legacy ONLY content, not optional legacy content, needs to be removed perhaps. I don't think it is impossible to have similar competitive game mode like DMM in RS3 as long it is not limited to only Legacy or EOC. Actually Jagex has talked about competitive game modes in last year's Annual Survey as well as a livestream a few weeks ago. It is perhaps something similar to, but not exactly the same as DMM or Darkscape or DotD.

DMM is a seperate game mode too, though? It just gets higher experience rates.

DMM is not a game outside OSRS, unlike Darkscape which was a game totally independent of RS3.
