Bring back non-tradable items back from 2002-current timeline. All new and many recent players don't have Santa outfits, Skeletons outfits, the Easter bunny ears and outfits, you can bring those back and add new ones with it for those players that has already gotten them. The Emotions too. Those would be nice to get as well.

I am not asking to bring back rare items like Party Hats, Halloween Masks, and Santa Hats. Those are tradable. I am just asking for the non-tradable items. I just feel like for those who started super late should be able to get those too and keep those every year to get.

Nope.

While it might be noice if i could get them, i understand why they wont do this.

So this way i can actually look forward to seeing what they do release instead of them just rehashing old content.
