My condolence to these bot farms and real world trader then as they are already under monitoring as usual, and even more so next week. It won't matter how many oddments they have.

Everything in the shop is restricted to your acc only.
So what are they going to give to their mains if everything in store is untradeable?
Do you not think a small group of people all buy the same "portable skilling packs" and trade them to a couple of accounts are not going to be monitored closely?
A reminder: once a corrupted Jmods stole a lot of gp from players and when Jagex reported him to the police they made compensations to the victims... but the story didn't stop there as they also monitored the trading patterns of the ones who get compensated and found many to be real world traders and they got actioned.
Yes, I do believe Jagex will monitor the flow of tradeable items from the Oddments Store. No sweat.

There is in fact one item in the Oddment Store is tradable. Small Portable Skilling Pack are tradable once you open them so there you have it.
