Yeah, that's the logical assumption to make. There would still have to be an NPC to hand it out of course, and I'm not sure where they'd put him (Lumbridge, I guess?), but I won't be the least bit surprised if the Hat tracks right-click Duel-ing once the DA is gone.

maybe theyll just let u claim one and give u all unlocks for the hat? id say itd be unfair to everyone who didnt get the chance to unlock all the different forms of it but im sure someone will argue they shouldve gotten it when they had the chance so not gonna bother saying anything to that effect

I dont see the ladder happening as it wouldnt make sense.

Im hoping they at least tie it to the duel anywhere as i fail to see how that'll be any "easier" than arena?

I mean you'll still need 5k? wins for top unlock which isnt "easy" no matter how you do it.

Mod Hooli has confirmed that it will, in fact, track right-click "Duels" once the DA is gone in two weeks.

No word on if the NPC who gives them out is going to stay where he is or be moved somewhere else, personally I think it would make sense for him to stay at the ruins of the DA, but we'll have to see.
