Reading through it I really don't see how it would help me much. Reducing the cost of death sounds nice. Would make it cheaper to get into PVM. Problem is that it wouldnt help that PVM sucks ass for anyone not spamming the inputs. Lag alittle or not have macro level reflexes and looky not only are you dead but youre out a week of grinding.

I dont care about dieing, I care that content I'm "level appropriate" for is far out of my league. Oh you got 70s in all your combat stats and 99 prayer? Congrats, go solo TALOS for some reaper points. No I think I'll flip mister reaper off and go back to the random skilling was doing.

Want to make PVM more inviting? Make the input cost not being super high level in everything. Or make something like familiars NOT a timer. I'd feel alot more comfortable using one for a few more inventory slots if I didn't have to watch a timer and make sure I could renew it.

Highest boss I've done on my main was QBD. Died a few times at first, and dont exactly get stupid fast kills. But I enjoy the fight. I'd love to try more bosses, but all I find on how to fight is "make sure you have at least your life savings in gear so the boss drops before they can finish a monologue".

The single worst invention for PVM was the power armor series. Making survivability a liability was not the answer. Id like armors that are for the level of the content I'm doing to actually allow me to survive it without soul split up or cramming sharks down my throat every swing. And oh look, we just had a tank armor released that was pretty nice. Next set? paper mache with super saiyan damage. Nope nothing learned.

I think the problem for me is they expect me to use things I've never come across or interacted with in game, and every piece of combat content or talk on combat looks like they' telling me to unsubscribe.

I'm confused about why the economy talk revolves around combat gear, does skilling not exist as a concept anymore?

Nothing I fight in game needs the combat gear I have now and the only reason I bought it was because I was due to hit max cash and feel the game would be unplayable if I did. But I also stop selling resources when I'm near max cash.

So now I have no incentive to buy combat gear and can sell resources infinitely.

Surely combat gear had a suppressed price due to people only willing to use ge and can now race up in value, while resources which are already really low can only go lower.

And where's the free (non resource) experience supply bit of the chat or the exp resource sink bit, also why no stats for before death week? That dev blog says literally nothing without a comparison.

Do you know we have the EGW bosses? They are for skillers and any level of combat players. ED4 is also for any level of pvm players.

If you have the gear to kill QBD, you definitely have the gear to enjoy Arch Glacor and Zammy story mode. What make them better is they give much better loot and have even better mechanics than QBD.

I assume you mean Telos, the Warden, as there is no "TALOS" in RS3.

Please check the requirements shown on your Beast info tab. Telos requires 80 Attack, Magic, Prayer and Range as well as getting an Ancient Sigil from killing GWD2 mobs to fight. You would not even quality to fight him with 70s in all your combat stat.
