First impression of the upcoming Interface Scaling:
1. Text does not upscale smoothly, looks blocky.
2. The ability to set a custom zoom level such as 110% instead of the fixed values of 125%, 150%, etc. would be appreciated.

Interface Scaling was announced in News on July 22. The announcement contains a link to the beta.

Would be nice to be able to shrink interfaces as well. I swap between 1440p and 1080p screens and would like a 75% option to use the bigger preset for both.

I get this update is more accessibility issue focused, but going both ways is sure to make a few more players happy. :)

I HATE IT! it only caters to high-end pc with "whopping modern 4k" display whopee-doo...

im on TLC smart tv 28' which runs 1080p and i dont get the "less clutter" UI like yall PvMers / Mods have (less UI cuz yall have it horizionital - that looks excellent) & thats cuz yall have better res than 1920 x 1080 only thing this beta is nice is that it just sharpen the game world and THAT'S IT. I use freedom classic so I see more from higher up making the offset void for me.

2 thumbs down since it doesn't help scale down the big UI older monitor has, it just magnify it ( point still stands - caters to high end monitors). give us the ability to scale down the interface as well otherwise this update is moot.

this update just tease low-budgets players into buyin' a better display. :( Boo.

text resolution is bit of an issue, i can deal with it as is but i prefer it be smoothed out a bit. As for interface scale increments it appears they decided to mimic the windows scalier options which is generally fine but smaller increments would be nice.

For render scaling and look offset i would say they nailed it, did a quick run of anachronia just to get a feel for it and besides it looking gorgeous it made me realize look offset was a setting I didn't know i needed.

This was tested at 3440x1440 resolution

I agree the cursor needs to scale with the interface as well, it was still too easy to get lost (playing from my couch- 10ft on 4k, 55" ) for my taste.

The loss in text resolution must not have been too glaring with the above setup, or I fear my eyesight is going. I didn't notice it until I went back to check after reading some other forum posts, and even then I really had to scrutinize.

Edit: accidental smiley
