"Jagex also promised that all rewards from Fresh Start Worlds will be available to regular RuneScape accounts in the future. Specific details as to how these will be distributed were not provided, but it was confirmed that it won’t be via Treasure Hunter."

This is big integrity news. When we can't win FSW rewards from TH every day, these rewards will be more rare and wanted by plenty more players through actually playing the game.

ill be honest when i saw that it would be eventually available in the future, i auto went to TH.

Hoping they will introduce the inverted through the actual skill. Need 120/rng/complete skill achievements to get inverted 99 and 120 cape would be same reqs but 200m

In the future? We may not have TH in RS3, and we may have TH in OSRS and other new Runescape games. But what's the point of bringing up what-ifs without any justifications and references?

All we know from Jagex is, FSW rewards won't be on TH.

Thinking of what if's isnt so bad as long as if it never happens you dont get mad over it didnt happen and rush to reddit.

I was saying i was in the boat of over thinking when they said they would be available in the future and assumed TH. but atleast we have confimation it wont be and jsut have to wait and see

We can have educated guess on what's the likelier what-ifs though.

We know Jagex is making more Runescape games, and their new Survival Game is said to be free-to-play supported by microtransactions. Hence, it is logical to assume the new Runescape franchise games can take the burden of TH off RS3.

We also know OSRS is also looking for new marketing manager with monetization as their focus. It is also not far fetched to start think what-if Jagex put TH in OSRS, given they have already stepped up their RNG based monetization with Boss Bash Raffle for real world prizes. If they put TH on OSRS, it will also make RS3 less relied on TH.

Hence, it is more logical to talk about what-if future Leagues rewards like Dwarven Multicannon Ornament Kit on OSRS TH which OSRS never clarified, instead of FSW rewards being on RS3 TH that they have already said NO, not going to happen.
