So you'll need a 99 or 120 in a skill to get the inverted cape tokens.
RNG for the skill pets.

Let's be real, people are going to be trying to sell them on RS3.

So I guess the real question is going to be how much do you think those cape tokens and pet tokens from Fresh Start Worlds are going to sell for in RS3?

It is hard to forecast the prices of non-discontinued "rares". It depends a lot on how and how often Jagex want to release them in the future. For instance, Zombie Walk among other animations used to be selling for a billion or two but when Jagex decided to release them they fell to earth.

It is all about speculations but an educated guess is they won't be released again for quite a while, maybe 2 or 3 years, so merchants alike probably will have quite a while to enjoy high prices when they are still "rare".

Far more than that as it will take far more efforts to get a level 99 skill than a Golden Party Hat.

And even in the future when the new capes tokens can be earned in the main game, I strongly believe only players who have level 99 (or 120 for the level 120 cape) can earn them. So they will definitely have pretty high values even from just due diligence to get level 99s or 120s.

Now that we also know no FSW rewards will be on TH. This is a big one, as TH is an everyday event so when we know FSW rewards won't be on TH, this is one less big potential supply source of FSW rewards in the future.

I'll guess these FSW tokens will be very valuable and very worthy to get.

^Yet even with the diminishing bxp on the FSW im sure ppl will be getting at least 99s pretty easily.

So the supply for them might overtake the demand at some point even if not that many ppl partake in the servers.

At least we know it will take a lot more efforts to get a level 99 skill than a Golden Party Hat, so unless FSW draw a lot more players than regular worlds FSW tokens should be a lot pricier than Golden Party Hat.
