One thing I wish I'd done differently when I started was to kill more goblins etc for champion scrolls while leveling up combat. Now that I'm at a high combat level, it is just annoying to have to kill all these low level monsters. If I get a champion scroll in the Fresh Start Worlds, will it be tradeable back to my Main?

I don't think so as achievements of two different accounts aren't transferrable/tradeable anyway.

However, why is getting a champion scroll from a low level and densely populated mobs like goblins a big problem? Typically it should take like 3 to 4 hours to get one to drop (without enhancer). I got mine when I needed to capture a lowly goblin soul for my Slayer Codex.

If there is a "problem" about getting "rare" untradeable drop from alts, I will have to say it sucks to get a runecrafting pet on an ironman alt while I am still needing a RC pet on this character after 21 years to complete Master of All.

To answer the OP's question - no, because champion scrolls aren't tradeable.

Also no - they're classed as revenants, not goblins. And killing regular goblins would be easier, anyway.

They could then trade any item they want to their acc and this would be a nightmare.

If you are so worried, of course you have your choice to not link your accounts. It is totally up to you.
