Not sure what you mean by ''Since the Summer Specials were only offered a couple of times the last 2 years'' They (Summer Specials) been coming since at least 2015 Tuska event and every year since then at around the same dates.
Please re-read my posts carefully. My posts pointed out there have been different membership promotions with very different pricing and very different rewards, and it is not a given there will always be Summer Specials every year (e.g. 2016). For instance, the 3 for 2 membership offers the last couple of years were very different from the 2015 promotion.
I absolutely didn't repeat everything what you said, I rebutted what you wrote about the TH keys and Vault rewards in the Summer Special actually.
When OP asked a question about the Premier Club, I provided my answer regarding Premier Club with respect. It is just that simple.

I don't think any Jmods said Premier Club or Summer Specials is coming this year or when if it comes.
As usual Premier Club only come near the end of the year and the Summer Specials come (if they come) only with announcement of big content in Jagex's games. So far, no big content has been reviewed or released across all Jagex's games the past month, so logically no summer promotional offer is announced yet.
My feeling is when we see significant content in Jagex's games, then we will see this year's Summer Special. We just need to wait for the major Jagex game content to be shown first. Just keep digging.
