I don't see why not, but it doesn't really do much when we don't have more money tree seeds.
You can have multiple money tree seeds. I have a load in the bank and I'm not even 119 farming to plant them.
Of course we can have multiple money tree seeds but the amount of gp we gain are limited by the number of seeds not how many patches we have.
You don't have 119 farming, so logically you have a lot of money seeds because you can't use them. But when you are level 120 and do much less farming you don't get many money tree seeds to plant.
When they made the multiple herb seed planting update, I made all the herb runs I could and I got about 1 money tree seeds every 3 days, just about enough to plant on 1 money tree patch.
Farming level has no correlation to how many money tree seeds one might accumulate, so I'm not even going to get drawn into the trap you clearly have set.
Farming levels obviously play a big part in how many seeds we don't plant and therefore accumulate in our bank.
Last I checked, this is the FGU, a forum to discuss announced or speculated RS3 content. If you are suggesting and idea to Jagex and don't want other players to discuss it, there is a Content Suggestion Forum,
It could be included on release date or in the future. It wasn't mentioned in the future updates post, so it will most likely not be included on monday.
Having thought about it afterwards, I think a money tree plot wouldn't fit thematically with the Grove, considering there's no actually woodcutting involved with it.

Won't be on Monday, as we can see from the preview livestream there isn't such feature on our new Fort Forinthry's new expansion Woodcutter's Grove.
In the future though, they can add a farming expansion to the Fort which will come with new and remastered farming items and mechanics. Then we may see new ways and mechanics with Money Trees and seeds. I am thinking Lumform may fit this bill more considering it is the most fertile region in the Kingdom.
