The new skill would be like Slayer but for gathering/other non-combat skills. Making you go fish/WC/Mining/Cook/FM/Build/etc. a number of things for points/rewards. This adds a component to the game that takes you places and directs you to do things that you normally wouldn't do. As far as slayer masters this skill would have the equivalent called something like a Task Master. More rewards could be like half the speed of mining while on task, half the speed to catch fish on task, etc.

I think you have made a wrong turn off the main Forum highway.

You either want the Game Content Suggestions Forum for RS3 or the Old School Content Suggestions Forum for OSRS.
