for us users with eyefinity and surround setups not being able to have the world view fit a resolution wider than 4k pixels is extremely limiting even if i used only 2 of my monitors im still over the 4k pixel count and im not the only one with this issue and the html 5 client did it perfect since the game corrects fov automagicly. great work on that btw. but for us with monster pcs, i think a nice ninja fix is what is needed here, its literally the reason i didn't renew my gold premium this year. for the first time in 4 years i bailed on it. my resolution is 7310x1080 or 8k+ by 1440 so id think something like 12k x 3k would be a good spec.
While I agree with you, there is no such thing as 8k x 1440. 8k is ALWAYS 7680x4320. this would mean a 12k x 3k is a 11520x4320 x 3326x1871. That doesn't make any sense.
What I assume you're talking about is ultra-wide monitors or a dual monitor setup. Those are calculated on a completely different way (4k for example is this: pixels per line(7680) x lines of pixels(4320). An ultra wide monitor usually has more lines of pixels, meaning it will likely go from 7680x4320 to something with a higher number than 4320, huge difference from what you were trying to explain!)
Game looks like junk on 4 4k screens with eyefinity. I wanted to have one screen for runescape mostly just game view. one screen for map, spells, prayers, loot, familiar, and skills screen. one screen for ingame info alt1. last screen for google chrome. He is not the one that has at-least tried it.
