So i don't really know how to fully address this situation. But something that seems to be an on-going issue, is revenant caves in the wilderness. and clans/mobs amassing surmounts of wealth that is being used for RWT duel arena is also being used as an analogue for for gambling in game. The current system is seriously unbalanced for players who play the game as intended. And with bounty hunter being exploited by cheaters, Is their no way to ban pking/multi way combat for certain wilderness areas. Re-introducing a more balanced system in place that could actually benefit the community collectively.

Hello.

I'm assuming you mean within Old School. If so you can find other threads in the Old School section complaing about this very issue. If you suspect someone of bottign then please use the in game report option and Jagex will deal with them.
